ABOUT US

Founded in early 1980s and listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong since 2006, Win Hanverky Holdings Limited (SEHK: 3322) and its subsidiaries are an integrated sportswear manufacturer, distributor and retailer for international sports brands and have diversified into high-end fashion retail business. We have two broad lines of business, namely the Manufacturing Business and the Distribution and Retail Business, with geographical markets spanning Europe, the United States, Mainland China and Hong Kong.

MANUFACTURING BUSINESS

Our Manufacturing Business operates mainly through OEM arrangements with a number of renowned sports brands. With a business foundation of more than 40 years and seven main production facilities strategically located in Vietnam, Cambodia and Mainland China. Win Hanverky has been serving prominent international sports brands such as “adidas”, “Reebok”, “Jako”, "Rei" and "Aigle".

DISTRIBUTION AND RETAIL BUSINESS

Our Distribution and Retail Business www.j8znc.com.cnprises the retail of high-end fashion and sportswear products. We have fashion retail networks of "D-mop" and "J-01" stores to sell several self-owned brands as well as imported brands, and also possess exclusive distribution rights for brands including “Y-3” and "Thomas Sabo". In addition, our retail business for sportswear products owns self-managed sportswear retail shops in Hong Kong and Mainland China under the names of “Futbol Trend”, “Sports Corner”, “Little Corner” and several international sports brands.

INNOVATION

Win Hanverky has joined forces with a partner that possesses an innovative textile technology under the “e.dye” trademark to develop a revolutionary production process for non-hazardous textiles, a practice that is lacking in the market. A pilot factory in Kunshan, Jiangsu province of Mainland China has been established and www.j8znc.com.cnmenced operation in the third quarter of 2016.

At Win Hanverky, the spirit of innovation can be found in all facets of operation; particularly at Winswin, a Hong Kong-based robotic mannequin www.j8znc.com.cnpany that it founded in 2013. Among Winswin’s portfolio of breakthrough technologies include I.DUMMY, an intelligent robotic torso that can change in shape to replicate almost any body type. I.DUMMY is set to revolutionize the garment industry.

  • – Gained distribution rights from “Tara Jarmon” in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau and “Champion” in Mainland China.

    – Established under the Win Hanverky Group, Winswin is a Hong Kong based robotic mannequin www.j8znc.com.cnpany with own manufacturing facilities in China, and a team of professional engineers who are experts in mechanical engineering, prototyping and electronics to robotics, software and motors.

  • – Sold Umbro distribution rights to the brand owner at a consideration of US$27.5 million.

    – Extended retail network to the high-end fashion retail business by subscribing convertible bonds in Shine Gold Group to include self-owned retail brands like “D-mop” and “J-01“, self-owned product brands like “Blues Heroes“, “Loveis” and “Queen 11” and to operate retail mono-brand shops for “Y-3” and certain Japanese brands.

  • – Began manufacturing of golf and high-end fashion apparel in Mainland China.

  • – Formed joint venture to assert ownership of the trademarks “DIADORA” in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau (“the “Territory”), and manufacture, design, promote, distribute and sell products carrying the “DIADORA” trademarks in the Territory.

    2008
  • – Opened first soccer concept mega store “Futbol Trend” in Hong Kong which carries products of famous international soccer brands and football clubs.

    – www.j8znc.com.cnpleted subscription of an additional 25% stake in a previously jointly-controlled entity Win Sports, increasing its equity interest in Win Sports to 75%. It has given the Group a strengthened strategic platform to expand its retail and wholesale business in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

  • – Formed joint venture to distribute related products under the brand names of Manchester United Football Club, Barcelona Football Club, Juventus Football Club and Paris Saint-Germain Football Club in Greater China.
